About The Capacity Project
The Capacity Project was founded by Caroline Lindegaard and Jan Green.
It has grown out of lived experience, long-standing friendship, and years of real work with families navigating SEND, EBSA and complex vulnerability.
We know what it is to be misunderstood by systems. We know what it is to fight for support. And we know how much damage is done when intervention comes too late.
Between us, we have supported over 200 families through advocacy, education breakdown, tribunal processes, funding pathways and practical intervention.
We created The Capacity Project to bring together what is too often missing: understanding, early action, and joined-up support.
